Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their internal business operations.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, client data, and technical architectures.

6. Limitation of Liability

CompanyConnect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or deliverables.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary contracting entity of CompanyConnect is registered.
