Johannesburg remains our South African base, alongside our Austin presence. Elsewhere, market coverage means remote delivery, not local offices or local staff. Discovery names the process owners and approval boundaries before implementation, training and support are scoped. Time-zone overlap, cross-border access and escalation windows are agreed around the actual participants.
