Introduction
At CompanyConnect, we strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our workflow automation, CRM implementation, and consulting services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Consulting and Service Fees
Due to the custom nature of our consulting, development, and implementation services, fees for work already completed are generally non-refundable. We invest significant time and resources into understanding your business and building tailored solutions.
If you are dissatisfied with the progress or quality of our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to the project scope or deliverables.
Project Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client before completion:
- Deposits: Initial deposits or setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Unused Hours/Retainers: If you have pre-paid for a block of hours or a monthly retainer, any completely unused hours may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to a 15% administrative fee.
- Completed Milestones: Any milestones that have been completed and delivered prior to cancellation must be paid in full.
Software Subscriptions and Third-Party Tools
CompanyConnect often implements third-party software (such as Monday.com, Make.com, Zapier, etc.). Any subscription fees paid directly to these third-party providers are subject to their respective refund policies. CompanyConnect cannot issue refunds for third-party software costs.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon core functionality due to technical limitations on our end that were not disclosed prior to project commencement.
